Deckadance 2 Midi Mapping

The EZD supplied MIDI files are OK but they’re not what I want. The videos used the default EZD kit and came with MIDI files as support. Looking at the MIDI files, the notes used to trigger EZD extend WAY beyond the keymap provided with EZD. I’ve searched the FAQ’s on this site and I’ve searched the web for a FULL keymap but no luck. Deckadance 2 goes someway beyond the former version and looks set to show the old dogs a few new tricks. I’ve cherry-picked a few features that I like, but there’s much more to dabble with like DVS usage, MIDI mapping and 3 effects per deck too.
